Clients

If a cancellation is necessary, please provide at least 24-hours notice to avoid being charged for the appointment. Cancellations must be made by phone.

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Appointments are often scheduled back to back, therefore if you are late you may not be allotted extra time. You will be responsible for paying for the full amount of time that was reserved for you.

Payment should be made by cash or check at the time services are rendered, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. There will be a $25 returned check fee.

Please do not use heavily scented perfumes, lotions, oils, or other products on the day of treatment out of respect for clients who may be chemically sensitive.

If at any time the client or therapist no longer feels that the session is therapeutic in nature, the session may be terminated. 3 Cosas offers only professional, therapeutic treatments.

3Cosas

3Cosas respects all clients regardless of age, gender, race, national origin, sexual orientation, religion, socio-economic status, body type, political affiliation, state of health, or personal habits.

For massage, clients are professionally draped with a sheet or towel at all times during the massage session. Genitals and female breasts are never exposed or massaged. During Fitness and Yoga sessions, clients will be dressed in clothing that allows them to easily move between postures and activities.

If 3Cosas needs to cancel an appointment, more than 24-hours notice will be given if at all possible.

3Cosas maintains a clean, soothing environment. All materials used by the client and therapist are properly sanitized.

3Cosas keeps accurate records and maintains privacy and confidentiality at all times. Personal information such as email address and phone numbers will not be given out.
